Gay Men’s Chorus Presentation ‘Life’s a Drag‘
The ‘I of W’ Gay Men’s Chorus,
Empowers the senses to rock.
With the talented ‘Miss Jason’,
That glamorous guy in a frock.
“Life’s a Drag” will ‘Gaily’ feature,
Hit songs from numerous shows.
To delight our ‘loyal followers’, as
Each year our ‘repertoire’ grows.
Dear Sam is our Singing Coach,
She puts us through our paces.
Checks on pronunciation, then
Checks the smile on our faces.
Dear Kim our Musical Director,
Conducts to keep us in time, to
Obey hand and body gestures,
As we harmonise every rhyme.
Chris our talented accompanist,
Guides us through note by note.
He’ll fit some demanding lyrics,
To the music composers wrote.
The stage is set for a cabaret,
It was created by Tony Wright.
From his ‘Costume Workshop’,
For this amazing show tonight.

Plus some you may not know.
Each show is in aid of charity,
We have become a choral hit.
