Today marks the lack of LGBTQ rights in Namibia. Same-sex sexual activity between men is considered to be a crime in Nambia, with people who are found guilty facing a penalty of  imprisonment. Women, on the other hand, are treated differently in Namibia, for female homosexuality is considered to be legal.
